My weekly work with Jayne has helped me through the most tragic episode of my life. I know that so much of the strength I found to get through the first year of "J's" passing was because of the help I got from our sessions.
I learned so much about what grief is, basically. And I learned so much about who I am which helped me understand my grief. There have been many times that I have thought or even said to different friends who are struggling with their own issues " You should go see Jayne, she can help you understand yourself better."
Yes, her ability to help us connect with our loved ones who have passed is a big part of how she helps, but it's more than that. Her help is bigger than that. The work we've done together has helped me be a more conscious and "connected" person. I understand now and\or get it when I'm having experiences of "J" outside of our sessions. It is truly awesome.
