Developing a relationship with nature is characteristic of a shamanic worldview. It can also be called Nature Spirituality. Adopting such a practice can help to open our hearts to the healing energy of Mother Earth. Strengthening our relationship with nature, her inhabitants, and all of the elements strengthens our abilities to communicate and receive messages from the Spirit world.
